About Us
Founded in 2023, AVA Green Carbon Sole Co., Ltd. is dedicated to developing high-quality carbon offset projects through forest conservation and land restoration. Our mission is to combat climate change, prevent deforestation, and restore ecological balance while empowering local communities.

Our Impact Across Southern Laos
Operating in four key locations in the southern provinces of Laos—Khammouan, Savannakhet, Salavan, and Champasak—our work aims to protect vast forest landscapes, enhance biodiversity, and promote sustainable livelihoods. As a key contributor to the LFCCC (Lao Forest Conservation Climate & Community) Project, AVA Green Carbon is committed to fostering environmental stewardship and driving sustainable growth across Laos.
Our Mission
Our mission is to take tangible action toward combating climate change by:

Preventing deforestation and protecting biodiversity.

Creating green jobs to support local communities.

Raising awareness about environmental conservation.

Managing carbon credits to mitigate climate change impacts.
Our Vision
Our vision reflects our commitment to ensuring the well-being of future generations while fostering greener, more sustainable development in Laos.
Driving global carbon reduction through innovative environmental solutions
Empowering businesses and individuals to contribute to a low-carbon economy

Project Detail
Project Overview
The LFCCC (Lao Forest Conservation Climate & Community) Project is a large-scale environmental initiative dedicated to forest conservation, carbon credit generation, and community development. This ambitious project spans across four key provinces in southern Laos:
-
Khammouane Province (40,512 HA).
-
Savannakhet Province (148,766 HA).
-
Salavan Province (127,535 HA).
-
Champasal Province (22,542 HA).

Certification
The project will use Verra’s Verified Carbon Standard (VCS)
-
Carbon Credit Generation: , specifically the methodologies VM0048 (Avoided Unplanned Deforestation) and VM0047 (Afforestation, Reforestation, and Revegetation).
-
It is expected to generate 9.4 million tons of CO2 equivalent (tCO2eq) over 40 years from 89,574 hectares.

Protected Area
Since 2023, our project has been protecting natural landscapes, restoring ecosystems, and ensuring long-term sustainability up to:

Permanent Plots

Vegetation plots are vital for tracking carbon storage, supporting climate change mitigation efforts
Hot Spot
Alert

A hot spot alert identifies areas at risk of environmental threats like wildfires or activities harming the forest.
Forest
Patrol

Forest patrols protect forests by preventing illegal activities and enforcing sustainable practices.
Sound
Detector

Sound detectors help prevent illegal logging by adding extra surveillance.
Project Highlight

Circulated for Lao PDR's
First Forum On Carbon Markets
As a key initiative in Laos’ commitment to carbon neutrality, our project was featured at the Lao PDR’s First Forum on Carbon Markets. In partnership with the Lao Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, we are actively working across a national forest area of over 330,000 hectares, spanning four provinces.
The first phase of this project covers approximately 90,000 hectares and is expected to:
-
Avoid and sequester 9 million tons of CO₂ equivalent (tCO₂e) over a 40-year project lifespan.
-
Enhance forest protection and restoration activities to combat deforestation and climate change.
-
Open doors for sustainable investment, offering opportunities in project equity investment and pre-purchase schemes.

REDD+ Project
Feasibility Assessment in Laos (August 2023)
From August 14 - 22, 2023, "AVA Trading international", in collaboration with the "Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry (Laos)," organized a series of meetings to disseminate the concept of the REDD+ project. These sessions were held across four provinces as: Khammouan, Savannakhet, Salavanh, and Champasak. To assess the initial feasibility of developing a project aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions from deforestation and forest degradation.
The team, led by the presidents of both countries, personally conducted a field survey to assess the feasibility of the forest area, in alignment with the initial MOU agreement.
